Hello Carmen,
I have really enjoyed reading your post. I have never done any drama in my classes except for some role -playing here and there. I have realized that students enjoy it a lot but that they sometimes imply a lot of work for teachers who think they are not prepared to turn into theater directors. I think the fact of working with someone else has helped you a lot and I hope to find a parthner who wants to organize a theater workshop with me for next year. Good luck with your Romeo and Juliet play. My 4º ESO students have just read the book and they have really enjoyed it. The idea of adapting it to our times sounds great.
