My first drama experience

I love drama since I was a child. I have never dedicated professionally but I wish I had had the opportunity to work as a drama actress. I am a very shy person but with this activity I can express myself without feeling fear.

I began to act when I was 8 years old at school. I was making plays during seven years until I started the high school. I loved it.

I think drama is a fantastic resource to use in the classroom, especially with shy and introvert students. It helps them because they can express themselves, being another person or character. Besides the pupils can develop their imagination and creativity creating roles, characters or even full plays.

So far so good you managed to make plays during seven years. It was wonderful you did it.

I love drama too, and I usually get excited when I go to the theatre. It is such good sensation that I try to introduce drama in every subjects I teach at school. Historical drama in my history classes, tales in my english lessons, perfomances in my Spanish lessons... I enjoy a lot with these activities and It is nice to realize how my pupils learn while have fun.
