Comentario por yvonne brand marzo 25, 2011 a las 5:08pm: I like storytelling too, especially for Infants. Linking it to other activities is useful too, as they get to learn different vocabulary. For example, with 'The Gingerbread Man' I tell the story, then we act it out as a play, then make finger-puppets, and finally mini books so that we can all read the story together with our own individual minibook. When they go home they can read the story to their parents or brothers and sisters, or even at school we can send children to other classes to read it aloud to them. I think that reading is fundamental in learning a new language.
