My Theatrical Experience
I have been teaching English for almost 15 years. In all those years Drama has been an important means of teaching for me. That does not mean that I have been putting up plays at my school with my students, I have to confess that I am a bit lazy for that. However, I have been always using role-plays, miming, short sketches etc... and they prove to be very succesful and that is the reason why I have decided to put up a play ( a real play!!!!) with my students and I'm going to do it with either the outline for a play that I have in my blog or the script that we wrote in collaboration with a partner. I am also going to use all the scripts that my colleagues have posted in their blogs (suitable for my intermediate students).
